Any one that knows me knows that I am really big on supporting small businesses. I do this by purchasing from small businesses, supporting their social media pages, offering startup and growth assistance, donations, connectivity, and feature spots.
Why is supporting small businesses important?

This leads me to today’s feature, Shamara Morgan! I can’t say enough about how impressive this young entrepreneur/small business owner is. The knowledge, willingness to learn and invest in her dreams, drive, passion, and discipline this woman has exemplifies what it takes to be a successful small business owner/entrepreneur. I am very proud to know her and witness her journey to greatness.
The path that she has chosen is in the senior care industry. As the owner of “With All My Heart” home care agency, Shamara intends to raise the plateau for quality care, while living up to the name of her company “With All My Heart”! With pleasure, I support this small business owner/entreprenuer!

Shamara Morgan, RN is on a lifelong journey to fulfill her passion of helping as many people as she can. As a register nurse she has devoted her time and effort to help heal the sick. Shamara started her career in the health field at the young age of 15 by working in an assistance living facility. From there she grew and continued her education to become a nurse.
While working in various aspects of the medical field such as dialysis, nursing homes, home health agencies, and hospitals Shamara felt as though she was not able to give as much as she could to her patients. As a nurse she began to build relationships with other nurses, doctors, and business owners and while growing these relationships she realized her dream of opening a homecare agency. As the owner of With All My Heart Home Health Care, LLC she believes that not only can she help her client but their families and friends as well. With the growth of her homecare agency she is also in the process of opening a group home and an adult daycare.
Not only does Shamara runs a successful homecare agency she also helps her mother with her transportation company while raising her two sons and helping her grandmother
